Is it actually free?
Yes. 30 minutes on Zoom, written report two days later, no obligation. We get useful intel about the Bristol market. You get an honest read on your setup. Fair trade.
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing in advance. We will ask you what you have got on the call — Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, how many people, what you are paying. Bring a coffee.
Will you try to sell me at the end?
No pitch on the call. The report goes to you. If you want to talk about us doing the work, you book another call. If you do not, you keep the report and use it however you like.
We already work with another MSP. Can we still book?
Yes. Common reason for booking is a second opinion. The report is for you. Take it to your current provider, ask them the hard questions, get better service out of them.
How long until I get the report?
