Is Copilot actually worth it for a small team?
Sometimes, not always. Microsoft 365 Copilot is real, but it's not free, and it's only worth the licence cost once your data is in the right place. We'll tell you honestly whether your business is ready, or whether you'd just be paying for a chatbot nobody uses.
Will Copilot see files it shouldn't?
Not if we set it up properly first. Before Copilot can see anything, we sort sensitivity labels, retention rules, SharePoint permissions and external sharing. Skip that step and it will happily quote your salary spreadsheet to the marketing intern.
Does Microsoft train its AI on our data?
No. Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside your own tenant. It doesn't train the public model on your files or emails. We can show you the documentation if you want to see it in writing.
How long does a proper Microsoft 365 setup take?
Usually a week or two for a small team, depending on how much needs untangling. Migrating off a messy existing setup takes a bit longer than starting clean.
