Three common setups. Your fee depends on your team, your devices and how much help you want, so we quote your actual setup rather than print a number. Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately, passed through at Pax8 rates with no markup.

What is not included: Microsoft, Pax8 or other vendor licences (passed through at vendor rates, no markup). One-off projects like office moves, fibre rollouts or migrations (fixed quote, separate). Hardware purchases (we order at our trade rates and pass them on).

Is it actually free?
Yes. 30 minutes on Zoom, written report two days later, no obligation. We get useful intel about the Bristol market. You get an honest read on your setup. Fair trade.
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing in advance. We will ask you what you have got on the call: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, how many people, what you are paying. Bring a coffee.
Will you try to sell me at the end?
No pitch on the call. The report goes to you. If you want to talk about us doing the work, you book another call. If you do not, you keep the report and use it however you like.
We already work with another MSP. Can we still book?
Yes. Common reason for booking is a second opinion. The report is for you. Take it to your current provider, ask them the hard questions, get better service out of them.
How long until I get the report?
2 working days from the call. Written PDF. Quick wins at the top, structural stuff next, the long-tail things at the bottom. Plain English throughout.
