What hours do you cover?

Office hours Mon-Fri, 8:30 to 5:30. Out of hours by arrangement for clients who need it. We don't pretend to be 24/7 if we are not.

How fast will you actually respond?

Critical issues, under 15 minutes. Normal stuff, usually within an hour. You get a real person, not a ticket queue that disappears.

Do you support Macs as well as Windows?

Yes. Macs, Windows, iPads, phones, the lot. Most of our clients are mixed environments and we are comfortable with that.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes, we handle the handover. Most of it happens behind the scenes. You get an email when each thing is moved. Awkward conversation with the old provider is on us if you want.

Is there a long contract?

Monthly rolling. If we're not pulling our weight, you walk. We earn the relationship every month, not at the start.
