Microsoft 365 Setup
Microsoft 365, set up properly. Plus the AI bits, done safely.

What we sort
Every loose end, tied up.
✓ Every team member on a proper @yourcompany.co.uk address — no more personal Gmails
✓ SharePoint set up the right way so files live in one place, not seven Dropbox folders
✓ Multi-factor authentication enforced on every account, the way insurers want it
✓ Mailbox backup so nothing important disappears when someone leaves
✓ Devices joined to Microsoft Entra so you can wipe a lost laptop in seconds
✓ Sensible access groups — junior staff can't see the board pack by accident
✓ A short handover doc so you actually understand what you've got
Copilot and AI
AI in your business, done safely.
When Copilot's worth turning on. Microsoft 365 Copilot is real, but it's not free, and it's only worth the money once your data is in the right place. We'll tell you whether your business is ready, or whether you'd waste the licence cost.
What we lock down first. Before Copilot can see your files, we sort sensitivity labels, retention rules, SharePoint permissions, and external sharing. Skip this and Copilot will quote your salary spreadsheet to the marketing intern.
The training piece. A 45-minute session with the team on how to actually use it — and what not to feed it. Most Copilot rollouts fail because no one was told it exists.
One-page AI use policy. A written policy your team can read in five minutes. What's OK to put into ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude. What isn't. What happens if someone leaks client data into a public model. We give every client a template.
Is our data training Microsoft's AI? No. Microsoft 365 Copilot uses your data inside your tenant. It doesn't train the public model on it. We can show you the documentation.
Set the foundation properly. Once.
15-minute scoping call, then a fixed-price quote. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you on the call.
