What's the difference between managed IT and support?

Support is when something breaks and you call. Managed IT is the whole thing — strategy, security, devices, vendors, licensing, the lot. Think of it as having an IT department without the hiring.

Do you replace our internal IT person?

Sometimes yes, sometimes we work alongside them. Depends what you need. We have clients where we are the IT team, and clients where we back up an internal hire on the strategic and security side.

Can you handle multi-site or remote teams?

Yes. Most of our clients are spread out — hybrid, remote, multi-office. Microsoft 365 makes it straightforward. We set things up so it doesn't matter where people work from.

What about Microsoft licensing?

We sort it. Pax8 partner, so we get good rates and pass them on. We also tell you when you are paying for licenses you don't need — which happens more than you'd think.

How does pricing work for managed IT?
