From the founder

I run Smart Start IT from wherever I happen to be working from — currently Bali, Bristol most months. That's not a perk. It's how a lot of UK businesses run now.

Your founders travel. Your sales lead is in Madrid for a fortnight. Your dev contractor is in Porto. The job of your IT is to make none of that matter — and most IT providers haven't caught up. They're still nine-to-five Bristol office shops talking about remote work abstractly.

The company is a UK Ltd, ICO registered, with UK contracts and UK data residency. The team is distributed by design. The phone is answered in UK office hours. Critical cover follows the team.
